We are looking for a Part Time Senco to efficiently and effectively manage our Disability and Special Educational Needs (SEND) provision. You will directly oversee the Learning Focus Centre Team and play a crucial role in coordinating and optimising our SEND support.

In collaboration with the Senior Team and Principal, you will assume the day-to-day operational management of our provision for students with SEND. By providing professional guidance in the area of SEND, you will help secure high-quality teaching and the effective utilisation of resources, ultimately leading to improved standards of achievement for all students. Collaboration is key as you will work closely within a SENCO team and alongside the pastoral care team.
