What skills and experience we're looking for

To be considered for this role, you will have;

  • A deep commitment to the education, safeguarding and well-being of children and young people.
  • Educated to degree level and QTS.
  • Extensive experience working across the primary age range.
  • Exceptional knowledge of EYFS, KS1 and KS2 education and how children learn.
  • Proven ability to lead effectively ensuring that everyone is encouraged to excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Further details about the role

As part of this role, you will;

  • Have a strategic overview of provision for pupils with SEN or a disability across the school, monitoring and reviewing the quality of provision.
  • Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability.
