What skills and experience we're looking for
To be considered for this role, you will have;
- A deep commitment to the education, safeguarding and well-being of children and young people.
- Educated to degree level and QTS.
- Extensive experience working across the primary age range.
- Exceptional knowledge of EYFS, KS1 and KS2 education and how children learn.
- Proven ability to lead effectively ensuring that everyone is encouraged to excel.
- Excellent communication skills.

Further details about the role
As part of this role, you will;
- Have a strategic overview of provision for pupils with SEN or a disability across the school, monitoring and reviewing the quality of provision.
- Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability.
