What skills and experience we're looking for

If you have a true passion for meeting the needs of all pupils, are experienced in managing SEND provision and understand how to work with colleagues and external providers to ensure the highest outcomes and nurturing learning environments, then we are the school for you.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is committed to meeting the needs of all pupils.
  • has experience of working in a neuro-diverse primary school.
  • is dynamic and enthusiastic yet organised.
  • has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • has experience of working with a range of health and SEND professionals.
  • is committed to safeguarding all our children and their emotional well-being.
