Paddock JIN School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, and committed SENDCO who will enhance the current leadership team and deliver high-quality teaching and learning opportunities to ensure that all children make rapid and sustained progress.

Paddock JIN School is a two-form entry school at the heart of the community. We recognise that a pupil's happiness and well-being are the foundation for their success and is essential to secure high standards and outcomes.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • An enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who will bring energy and passion to the role.
  • An experienced classroom practitioner with extensive experience of raising standards in teaching and learning for children with SEND
  • Able to provide consistently good teaching and learning practice.
  • Passionate, resilient, inclusive and used to working in a fast-paced environment!

The successful candidate will have:

  • A recognised qualification in SEND
  • Extensive experience in supporting some of the most vulnerable children in a primary school setting
  • A passion, drive and determination to support ALL children to flourish.
  • A strong commitment to achieving success through partnership and teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Drive, ambition, and high expectations.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and commitment to the children at Paddock JIN School.
  • A well-developed understanding of teaching pedagogy and practice, particularly for those children with SEND
