Paddock JIN School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, and committed SENDCO who will enhance the current leadership team and deliver high-quality teaching and learning opportunities to ensure that all children make rapid and sustained progress.
Paddock JIN School is a two-form entry school at the heart of the community. We recognise that a pupil's happiness and well-being are the foundation for their success and is essential to secure high standards and outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is:
- An enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who will bring energy and passion to the role.
- An experienced classroom practitioner with extensive experience of raising standards in teaching and learning for children with SEND
- Able to provide consistently good teaching and learning practice.
- Passionate, resilient, inclusive and used to working in a fast-paced environment!
The successful candidate will have:
- A recognised qualification in SEND
- Extensive experience in supporting some of the most vulnerable children in a primary school setting
- A passion, drive and determination to support ALL children to flourish.
- A strong commitment to achieving success through partnership and teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Drive, ambition, and high expectations.
- Flexibility, resilience, and commitment to the children at Paddock JIN School.
- A well-developed understanding of teaching pedagogy and practice, particularly for those children with SEND
