SENCO Vacancy

This is an exciting opportunity to join our amazing staff team and to lead on the management of SEND and wider inclusive provision across our wonderful school.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about putting children first through a fully inclusive approach and is able to contribute to the strategic direction of our school as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

The position is part-time, 3 days a week (or equivalent hours)

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL...

  • Have all the essential requirements as described in the SENCO job profile attached with this advert. (However it is not essential to have completed the National SENCO Award / NPQ)
  • Be able to carry out all duties as described in the School Teacher’s Pay and Conditions Document. Although this is largely a non-teaching role, the candidate will teach some intervention groups, cover classes and take assemblies as required.
