SENCo job summary
We are looking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic SENCo to join our outstanding school. The academy is committed to ensuring a whole school approach to SEND and is dedicated to raising the outcomes of all pupils with SEND. The SENCo plays an integral part in the Student Support Department to support a range of pupils and they will also work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure quality first teaching at all times. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the strategic development of the SEND policy and provision across the academy.
