What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a SENCO to join our supportive and talented team atThe Redstart Primary Schoolin Chard, Somerset.The CLF is a diverse multi-academy trust,looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
To be successful in the post, we are looking for a professional who can take on the role of SENCO to provide oversight and tracking of all SEND students including SEMH across the Academy to monitor impact and to direct the quality of provision, ensuring that students are supported as individuals.
You will work closely with wider SEND team, the Inclusion team, and the Senior Leadership Team, to ensure that all vulnerable students are supported to achieve, receive the appropriate statutory provision and are supported to be successful.
For the right candidate, this opportunity can also be considered on a Part Time basis, working four days per week.
