SENCo job summary

We are looking for a dedicated, well-qualified and enthusiastic SENCO to join the team and lead in the coordination and development of the SEND provision across the school. As SENCO you will liaise with the SLT, Heads of Departments, parents and carers and external bodies. You will line manage and lead a team of dedicated colleagues, including the Teaching Assistants, to ensure effective resources are provided to bring about improved standards of achievement for all pupils.
