What skills and experience we're looking for
Westcott Primary School are for a SENCO to join our dedicated and supportive leadership team. We are a caring, restorative practice school, looking for a professional and passionate person, who has determination for making a difference and championing children with SEND and SEMH needs.
We are looking an experienced teacher who is ready to take their next step into leadership or an experienced SENCO looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of the school’s leadership team, with the desire to shape the future vision of the school, promote excellence, equality and model the highest expectation for our children and staff. You will be a positive open-minded professional who is highly effective in communication with parents and who is able to build strong relationships with many stakeholders within the school.
