Kingstone Academy Trust is seeking an SEND Administrative Assistant for 5 days a week, who will work in both Kingstone and Thruxton Primary School and Kingstone High School which are on the same site. The candidate who will be responsible for undertaking all the administrative in relation to students with SEND (2 days per week at each school), working alongside the SENDCo, and general Office Admin duties for 1 day per week.
We are seeking a candidate with a high level of personal organisation and accuracy who has the ability to work independently, as well as to work as an effective team member. You will require a flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Excellent IT skills are required, and a sense of humour is essential and applications from colleagues with experience of working in an administrative role will be most welcome.
The successful candidate will be liaising with parents, agencies and other stakeholders as necessary, you will need to be confident in communicating to a diverse range of people at all levels. A willingness to become a first aider would be welcomed.
