What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate appointed to the role of SEND Administrator will:

  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to communicate with parents, children, colleagues and wider professionals and agencies in a positive and helpful way.
  • Have an up to date knowledge of Google Workspace and demonstrate excellent ICT skills.
  • Display a professional attitude ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Be organised and methodical and be able to work in a busy environment with shifting priorities.
  • Have good organisational skills and be able to work under their own initiative.
  • Be a team player with a cheerful outlook supporting the whole school community.
