About the Post

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive SEND Administrator to support our SEND teams at Twynham School and The Grange School. The role involves maintaining accurate records of SEND students' needs, confidentially managing professional reports and coordinating educational and health care assessments. You will play a vital role in the coordination of annual reviews, including gathering evidence, inviting stakeholders, and managing post-review actions.

Key responsibilities include producing reports and letters, coordinating the transition of Year 6 SEND students, and serving as the first point of contact for the SENDCo team. You will manage sensitive information, process referrals, and ensure that data related to SEND students is accurately inputted and monitored. You will promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
