SEND and Inclusion Manager job summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced SEND and Inclusion Manager to join our successful and supportive team for 1 day per week, with flexibility for additional hours when needed.
Applications are welcomed from candidates who have a positive disposition and the energy and enthusiasm to support all pupils and teachers to achieve their best. You will need to have been an SEND Coordinator before and will have proven key stage 1 experience of working with children with varied, complex needs. You should be a strong teacher with a good understanding of positive strategies for teaching and learning. Candidates should be able to work well on their own initiative and as part of a team and enjoy motivating others.

Sunnymede Infant School is a 2 form entry school in the thriving commuter town of Billericay. We serve a community of well engaged and supportive parents and enthusiastic children who learn and play together well. Sunnymede is a good school with the ambition to do the very best for all pupils. We work as part of the Billericay Community Trust which involves all local primary and secondary schools supporting and challenging each other to provide the best education to the children in our local area.
