Full-time equivalent salary
- Salary Scale E or F, ranging from £30,189 to £36,522 per annum (dependent on experience). Please note that this is the full-time salary, and your actual salary will be pro-rated according to the agreed hours.
What skills and experience we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will have the following personal and professional skills and attributes:
- JCQ Level 7 approved qualification in Access Arrangements (essential)
- Relevant degree or qualification in education or special educational needs (desirable)
- Proven experience as an EAA Coordinator
- Familiarity with JCQ regulations and assessment tools
- Strong organisational and IT skills for monitoring student progress
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with students, parents, staff, and external agencies
- Clear and concise communication style
- Empathetic and proactive problem-solver
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to continuous professional development and the school’s vision and ethos.
