We are looking to appoint a SEND Assistant to support student learning, achievement and progress. Applicants will need a particular skill set to undertake this role as innovation, creativity, flexibility, hard work and a commitment to the Highworth ethos is essential. This is a new role and is an exciting opportunity to be part of our SEND team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for driving up standards for children with special educational needs and will be required to undertake a variety of roles in supporting pupil achievement across the school. Experience of working with students with Autistic Spectrum Conditions as well as other learning needs is desirable.

Highworth Grammar School is an over-subscribed 11 – 18, selective girls’ school of 1534 students with 459 students in the Sixth Form (71 boys). We are situated in the South East of England, with excellent transport links to both the rest of Kent and London.
