What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Assistant to join our SEN team and work with our amazing children in an inclusive, innovative and exciting environment. What the school offers its staff
The role of SEND Assistant will require flexibility of approach and you will be working within our on-site Wellbeing Zone as well as in-class. You will be working with students who may require 1-2-1 attention and your ability to build relationships, exhibit patience and remain calm and reassuring at all times will be essential.
