Overview of the role:

We’re Expanding! Lime Academy Hornbeam is Recruiting for SEN Teachers.

Lime Academy Hornbeam is growing, and we are excited to be working closely with the Local Authority to create additional specialist places for children and young people with complex needs. As part of this exciting expansion, we are looking to recruit passionate, dedicated SEN Teachers to join our team. Whether you are:

-A primary teacher interested in developing your career in SEND

-An experienced SEN practitioner looking for a new challenge


As a teacher this a unique and exciting opportunity to join our growing Trust and to help create an exceptional learning experience for learners within our school. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in all areas of the curriculum and provide personalised activities to meet the needs of the learners within your class. 

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to be responsible for creating a positive and safe learning environment to nurture learners’ development.  Our aim is to provide our learners with the best possible opportunities to succeed with future goals and aspirations in all areas of their life including social, emotional, physical and communication.  We strive to ensure our learners reach their full potential to allow them to actively participate in the wider community and to prepare them for adult life. The post holder will be part of our teaching and learning function and play a large part in delivering a high-quality education to the learners who attend our schools.
