Flexible working and negotiated hours may be considered for an outstanding candidate
We’re keen to appoint an experienced TA to join our dedicated and flexible team, and to deploy you within our school depending on your specific skills and experience. If you have a passion to help children with SEND and relish the opportunity to work making a real difference to them and their families, we would look to place you working 1:1 or in small groups of children with specific needs; if your strength is helping a Teacher across the whole class to deliver an exciting and vibrant curriculum in the most engaging way possible, we could place you supporting a dedicated year group.
About you
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and caring, kind but focussed. You will be keen to follow our child-centred approach and have some experience of working with primary school children or those with SEND. We follow the Therapeutic Thinking behaviour training and would like you to have some knowledge of this or a similar approach. Our team have many different and mutually complimentary skills, and we would love you to add your skill-set to these. We would like you to be open to learning from others to do everything possible to enhance the children’s learning experience and to develop and move forward as a staff team together. We look forward to receiving your application.
