What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has a proven ability to teach pupils with C&I needs effectively using dynamic & engaging techniques.
- Has the ability to lead a provision and manage staff in an effective way towards outstanding practice
- Can reflect and see solutions in daily teaching, in own practice and that of the team.
- Can use their initiative to solve problems.
- Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access the learning effectively.
- To build effective trusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies.
