Our Lady Immaculate Catholic Academies Trust is growing and recently formed by the merger of three former Catholic academy Trusts. It currently includes 10 primary schools and 2 secondary schools, one in Northampton and one in Bedford.

The Trust is seeking an experienced and qualified SENCo to work across several primary schools in liaison with the Strategic Inclusion Coordinator working under the direction of the Trust Inclusion & Secondary Education Lead. The role will support the implementation and provision of professional advice to the Heads and staff of specific primary schools. The role will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEND policy and coordination of specific support to pupils with SEN or a disability

This would be the ideal opportunity for an experienced SENCo who would relish the challenge of supporting several schools in a growing and expanding Trust. You will be working within a strong School Improvement team who are part of a wider Trust central team that will provide you with opportunities for wider collaboration, Trust wide projects and strategic thinking.
