We are delighted to announce several new vacancies within our expanding Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Dedicated Specialist Provision (DSP) Unit at Southfield School.

As we go through this transitional opening phase, these roles represent an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special. Our DSP is preparing to welcome new students, and we are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive, and enriching educational environment for our students who may have ASD, SLCN and EBSA.

This expansion marks a significant milestone in our school's commitment to specialised education. Joining our team during this transition means you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape our provision from the ground up, establishing best practices and creating a nurturing space where our students can thrive.

The successful candidates will become integral members of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised support for the students in our DSP supported by the DSP Lead.

You'll work alongside experienced professionals and external specialist agencies who share your commitment to inclusive education and making a positive difference in young lives.
