SEND Lead Practitioner - L5 job summary

We are seeking to appoint a new SEND Lead Practitioner to work across the School to support the care and education of SEND children and children with behavioural challenges. The role holder will deliver interventions, role model best practice, provide support and advice to other staff and parents and liaise with professionals external to the School. You will also contribute to paperwork related to SEND children including referrals and IEPs.
