What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking learning assistant to work with and support pupils who are on the SEND register across different year groups.
We are looking for someone who Is suitably qualified through qualifications or experienceHas specialised experience working 1:1 with children who have additional needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD)Has recent experience working in the classroom with small groups and/or individual childrenBelieves in giving every child the opportunity to be the best they can beEnjoys being part of a hardworking and committed teamIs highly motivated and able to act on their own initiativeIs patient, good humoured and flexibleHas high aspirations for themselves and the children they work withHas the potential to develop.
