We are excited to share new unique career opportunities within our upcoming Mainstream
SEND Hub at Ermine Academy, launching in September 2025. In partnership with
Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) this inclusive provision is designed to support pupils with
communication and interaction needs and/or cognition and learning differences, providing
tailored, high quality education in a nurturing and inclusive setting.
These roles represent a fantastic chance to support pupils on their journey through primary
education from EYFS to Key Stage 2. Building upon the success of our existing in-house
EYFS-KS1 provision, which will transition to an official hub as part of this initiative. By
extending this model to KS2, we aim to provide a seamless, inclusive educational
experience for pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can remain in their local school
and community throughout their primary education.
Join us in helping shape this inclusive and supportive learning environment for our pupils.
