SEND Support Assistant job summary

THE POST
We are currently looking to appoint 2 new SEND Support Assistants within our team, Our SEND Support Assistants work primarily within curriculum areas but also have SEND Keyworker responsibility for Year groups. Levels of need vary between year groups and we are currently looking for staff with specialisms in Cognition and Learning and Social, Emotional and Mental Health.

Old Buckenham High School is a small/medium-sized high school set in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk countryside. We currently have around 560 students aged between 11 and 16 years and are committed to ensuring that we provide all our students with an inspiring and challenging learning experience based around excellent teaching, high quality pastoral care, guidance and support.
