What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

- Have NVQ 2 for Teaching Assistants or appropriate level of experience of operating in the classroom environment.

- Have experience of providing close support to children in a primary setting.

- Be able to work effectively with others to deliver high quality practice as part of the classroom and wider school team.

- Have excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills.

- Have a creative outlook and flexible approach.
