What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a motivated and creative SEN teaching assistant, to be part of our forward-thinking team in our vibrant and diverse two-form entry school. Candidates must be able to build a good relationship with children and have the ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of our friendly team. You will be working as part of a supportive team to support vulnerable high-need children. You will need to be able to establish productive working relationships with pupils as well as support with pupil’s personal care where necessary. We are looking for candidates who can challenge and motivate pupils, promoting and reinforcing their self-esteem.
We have a dedicated teaching and support team who think outside of the box to engage and support pupils. This is an exciting opportunity to join us and the successful candidate will join a committed team and make a significant contribution to the school. This post does not require applicants to be Catholic, but the candidate will be willing to embrace the ethos of our school. The best candidate will be selected.
