What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and compassionate SEND Teacher who is:
- Experienced and Qualified:
You hold QTS and have a strong understanding of the needs of pupils with SEND, ideally with experience in a specialist or mainstream SEN setting. - Creative and Flexible:
You adapt quickly, bring energy and new ideas to the classroom, and approach each day with a solution-focused mindset. - A Strong Communicator:
You build positive, professional relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues, and thrive in a collaborative environment. - Patient and Passionate:
