SEND Teacher job summary
We are looking to appoint an inspirational SEND teacher to join our inclusion team. You will be working with children who have a range of SEND with a primary focus on supporting children with a range of complex needs. You will be skilled in identifying individual needs to ensure that personalised learning is in place.
It is a challenging role, but if you have the passion to support some of the most vulnerable children in our community and the skills and experience to achieve strong outcomes then we want to hear from you.
You will have a strong background in pastoral care and experience of working with a team and engaging with outside agencies to ensure the very best outcomes for all our students.
