What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an outstanding teacher for our ELP (Enhanced Learning Provision) at our thriving academy, Castle Hill Academy.

The ELP caters for the needs of pupils with ASD in small classes. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic teacher with the relevant skills, experience and knowledge in teaching and supporting pupils with ASD / SEND. The post holder will be teaching a small class of approximately 6 to 9 pupils supported by TA colleagues.

The post holder will also have a commitment to raising attainment, high expectations and the work ethic of the school and the Platanos Trust.
