SEND Teacher (Outreach) job summary

We are seeking to appoint a SEND Teacher, with a focus on Outreach, to join our dedicated team at Elements Academy.

In this pivotal role, you will support pupils who are currently unable to access the full school offer due to various challenges.

You will lead a group of pupils with Educational, Health and Care plans; planning and delivering outstanding cross curricular learning opportunities including English and Maths; working to bridge the gap between school and home, supporting attendance and transition back into school.

You will work primarily with pupils who may need to work off-site or require virtual teaching. A flexible approach to work and an ability to build positive relationships with pupils and their families will be essential in this role.
