What skills and experience we're looking for
Our experienced Head teachers are looking to recruit an experienced teacher, with a passion for and experience of teaching pupils with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings. This position will be split across 2 of our schools which are within the same locality in Croydon - Broadmead Primary School and The Crescent Primary School - working 2.5 days at each school. This is a new role at both schools, working within our new enhanced learning provision at The Crescent Primary School as well as supporting pupils in mainstream classes. The ELP curriculum is topic based and is a blend of EYFS/KS1 learning, social communication skills, listening, speaking and attention. There is also a focus on sensory needs, behaviour and play. The children have individual packages of support according to their own particular needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to specialise within SEND or with desires to be a future SENDCo.

We also have an Employee Assistance Programme with a range of resources to support wellbeing which is available to all employees and their immediate family members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
