Join Our Team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant - SEND Provision Lead

Are you passionate about ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive? Heath Primary School is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to lead our SEND provision. As part of our vibrant community, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to support our pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the SENDCo, lead a team of talented support staff, and collaborate with local authority partners to ensure the best outcomes for our students. If you have a Level 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, a keen knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, and a knack for inspiring and guiding your colleagues, we would love to hear from you.
