Basis: Full Time, Permanent
Grade/Salary: Band 3, SCP 6-9. £25,183 - £26,409 per annum (FTE)
Actual salary: £19,078.67 - £20,007.49 per annum
St John Fisher is looking for SEND Teaching Assistants to join our small, happy team to work with children in both KS1 and KS2.
We are seeking to employ an exceptional teaching assistants to join our team providing 1:1 support for children with specific needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Working with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Promoting pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
- Giving support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
