Job role: Teaching assistant

Working pattern: Part time: The hours of work as a SEND Teaching Assistant will be 9.00 am to 12.00 and 1.30 to 17.30 pm Monday to Friday. The role of Midday supervisor at lunchtime will cover the hours 12.00 to 1.00pm Monday to Friday. Working 39 weeks per year. Term Time only
Contract type: Permanent
Full-time equivalent salary: SEND TA £23,893 per annum pro rata, Midday Supervisor, £22,366 pa. pro rata

What skills and experience we're looking for

Have experience of working with children in an educational setting.
Have completed or be willing to complete NVQ level 2 in childcare learning and education. orequivalent qualification.
Be enthusiastic, imaginative and reflective.
Be skilled at building excellent relationships with children, parents and staff.
Be an excellent communicator.
