What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience of working within a primary school with a working knowledge of KS1/KS2
• Deep understanding of supporting children with additional needs
• Experience working 1:1 as a Teaching Assistant
• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English grade C or above and be able to illustrate good literacy and
numeracy skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Working knowledge of supporting pupils with emotional difficulties
• Experience of Emotional Literacy Support, THRIVE or similar would be advantageous
