An exciting opportunity has arisen at Fulbridge Academy for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team.
This role involves supporting children with additional needs to achieve their individual targets, both in the classroom and through small-group work in an SEND provision space. You will work closely with class teachers and the Inclusion Team to help pupils access the curriculum, develop independence, and make sustained progress.

Main responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils to access learning and meet their individual targets
Delivering adapted learning activities to small groups or individuals

Promoting inclusion, well-being and independence
Prioritising safeguarding at all times
