What skills and experience we're looking for

Have experience with children in an educational setting.
Have completed or be willing to complete NVQ level 2 in childcare learning and education. or equivalent qualification.
Be enthusiastic, imaginative and reflective.
Be approachable and professional with children, parents and staff.
Be an excellent communicator.
