SEND Teaching Assistant job summary

The Governors of our large, two-site school are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, committed and appropriately qualified and experienced members of staff to support pupils within our Key Stage 2 classes.

The successful candidates for the posts will need to demonstrate proven experience and commitment to inclusive education and the ability to be flexible and creative in developing positive working relationships.

The roles will include supporting pupils throughout lunchtimes and in class. The roles may require compliance with the school’s Intimate Care Policy.

 As part of our safeguarding children procedures the successful candidates will be required to undertake enhanced DBS checks
