Pay scale: Grade 6 12 - 17

What skills and experience we're looking for

Have experience of supporting children with special educational needs
Have experience of EYFS/ KS1 and/or SEND in a primary or pre-school setting
Be able to work in a small class setting with a small number of children
Be comfortable working in conjunction with other adults supporting children of similar level of need
Be able to be adaptable and creative in supporting children with to learn
