Location: Hillside Primary School, Ipswich
Salary: Grade D, £24598 - £25183
Actual Salary: £7,970 - £8,159
Type:14 hours a week, 39 weeks per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out various administrative tasks as directed by the SENDCO, including minute-taking, updating student files, and preparing documents and reports.
- Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information to staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies, ensuring courteous and effective communication.
- Provide administrative support for Education and Health Care Plan applications and referrals to outside agencies.
- Manage and update records in the school’s management information system (SIMs) and provision map/pupil passport system, ensuring information is effectively shared across the school.
- Organize meetings, take notes, and assist in setting up Parent/Carer and Student Tours and Transition Days.
