Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out various administrative tasks as directed by the SENDCO, including minute-taking, updating student files, and preparing documents and reports.
    • Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information to staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies, ensuring courteous and effective communication.
    • Provide administrative support for Education and Health Care Plan applications and referrals to outside agencies.
    • Manage and update records in the school’s management information system (SIMs) and provision map/pupil passport system, ensuring information is effectively shared across the school.

    • Organize meetings, take notes, and assist in setting up Parent/Carer and Student Tours and Transition Days.

    What We Need:

    • IT and keyboard skills, including Microsoft office
