SENDCO

We are seeking to recruit a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator who is ambitious, hardworking and committed to support pupils and their families.

The successful applicant will: 

Determine the strategic development of the Special Educational Needs (SEN) policy an provision in the school

Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability

Support pupils whilst working together with outside agencies, families, pupils, the safeguarding and well-being team

Have the knowledge and experience to support children with a wide range of needs and abilities

Work effectively as a team member

The post will be a 0.8 permanent contract to start from September 2025 or before if available.

DHMAT Lead Professional for SEND

The Trust are seeking to recruit an ambitious lead professional to work closely with all stakeholders in the strategic development of the Trust's Special Educational Needs policy.


The successful applicant will:

Work closely with all stakeholders in the strategic development of the Trust's Special Educational Needs policy

Positively impact on the workload of leaders and colleagues in our schools and central DHMAT team

Be able to better meet the needs of families whilst maintaining a fully inclusive offer

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

The post will be a 0.2 permanent contract to start from September 2025 or before if available.
