- willing to support the Catholic ethos of the school
- driven to make sure all our children achieve their very best, having high expectations of behaviour and achievement
- passionate about continuing their own professional development and open to learn and develop as part of a whole school team
- have had experience of teaching and supporting children with SEND
- Knowledgeable in the practices of SEN, including statutory paperwork to apply for and annually review EHCPs
- able to work with and coordinate outside professionals to support pupils with SEND
- able prepared to work flexibly as part of a close knit partnership using shared teaching approaches to learning.
