• To lead strategic development and day to day operation of SEND policy and provision, including for medical need, consistently within the Academy
• To promote excellence in all professional practice and outstanding outcomes for students with SEND, including academic progress and other progression indicators
• To provide high quality leadership and management including for the SEND Team
