What skills and experience we're looking for
Required April 2023
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher with suitable qualifications in SEND (or a willingness to complete within 3 years of appointment) to lead our Learning Support Department.
As a teacher at BHFCS, you must be an excellent practitioner dedicated to seeing every pupil achieve their maximum potential.
If you are committed to inclusion and are keen to take on an exciting new challenge this may be the role for you.

- A professional who will ensure high quality inclusion provision for our students and lead a team of Teaching Assistants, alongside an Assistant Learning Support Area Manager
- An individual who ideally has experience of working with children with Special Needs and thorough knowledge of the current SEND code of Practice
- A successful teacher who believes in bringing out the best in every student and who believes in the potential of all
- A team player who will work to continually evaluate and improve quality within the department
- An individual who has the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of pupils.
