SENDCo job summary
We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and passionate SENDCO to lead and manage the provision for students with special educational and additional needs, providing professional guidance in the area of SEND. You will have a proven record of impact regarding SEND and success in achieving progress for disadvantaged students as well as strategic vision and commitment. You will be ambitious for our students and take SEND provision at Breckland School to the next level.
Our SEND department is well established and has an excellent reputation within the school and local community for its provision for our most vulnerable students. You will be required to provide leadership to ensure high quality learning and effective use of resources to improve outcomes and achievements for all students, ensuring that all legal obligations are met in accordance with statutory practice. You will ensure high standards of achievement and progress for all students with SEND and support the delivery of high quality inclusive teaching and learning across the curriculum.
