- Work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
- Be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole-school improvement and inclusive practice.
- Inspire and support colleagues through coaching, training, and modelling best practice.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a minimum of an undergraduate degree.
- Has the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or is willing to work towards it.
- Has a strong understanding of SEND and a commitment to inclusive education.

What We Offer:
- A welcoming and supportive school community.
- A commitment to your professional development and leadership growth.
- Opportunities to shape and influence whole-school SEND strategy.
- A diverse and inclusive environment where every child is valued.
