Lime Tree Primary Academy are looking for an experienced and outstanding qualified SENDCo to join our ambitious and forward - thinking team. We are looking for someone who has experience in the role and is ready to share research-based practice across the school and the Bright Futures Educational Trust. The role will be classroom based with 2/3 days release time from teaching dependant on requirements.

Lime Tree Primary Academy is a forward-thinking school where all staff look to develop their practice through the latest pedagogy research. Someone joining the team will be innovative, open to improve, have a growth mind-set and a real team player. They will need to be confident in supporting staff at all levels, be able to form strong relationships with parents and have good working relationships with children.

The school has a strong and dedicated staff team who work together to provide the very best all-round education for our pupils. We are a school who put the wellbeing of children and staff at the forefront of everything we do. We pride ourselves on our innovative teaching to improve every aspect of school life and are consistently striving to improve.

We are an award winning school and currently hold a range of nationally recognised achievements, one being TES SEND in a mainstream primary school 2022.
