Your role:

Imagine having the opportunity to work across two dynamic local schools, developing your skills and focusing entirely on supporting pupils with SEND to ensure they receive the highest quality education. As a qualified and experienced SENDCo, you will be taking the next step in your career with the chance to focus on SEND provision across two rural primary Academies, Upwood and Warboys Primary Academies.

You will bring your extensive experience in the provision of SEND, your exceptional professionalism, and your strong moral purpose for the education and inclusion of children. Your resilience, passion, and ambition will inspire a generation of children, while your innovative and creative approach will introduce new ideas and teaching strategies to the Trust. You will be proactive and work independently, taking responsibility for the pupils in your care and contributing to the Trust's strategy on inclusion. As an outstanding teacher, your effective communication skills will enable you to work closely with pupils, parents, and staff. You will manage administrative tasks efficiently while remaining accessible to pupils, staff, and parents.
