What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to coordinate the SEND provision at Charnwood College. Leading the faculty, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and monitoring the work of the team, to secure effective leadership and management of the department and high standards of staff performance.

Charnwood College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, 11-18 academy with sixth form, situated in the west of Loughborough in Leicestershire. The academy is part of the David Ross Education Trust and is governed by a Local Governing Body.
The secondary academy has expressive arts facilities which include a dedicated music suite and dance and drama studio. In addition, its sports facilities include a floodlit, all-weather 3G sports pitch, a new sports centre, a 25-metre indoor swimming pool, a gym, a fitness suite, and extensive playing fields.
